If you ordered a digital product:

You will find an email in your mailbox shortly with download instructions. Note for Worksheet Orders: You will open the worksheet ‘Read Only’ and then ‘Save As’ with your client’s name and year. This way each time you access the Worksheet you are starting fresh.

White-list instructions:

To be sure our emails with your digital resources or your Lender’s Online Training log-in/password, ‘Ask the Experts’ email or Worksheet download instructions make it to your inbox, please be sure the domains @LindaKeithCPA.com and @LendersOnlineTraining.com are white-listed with your IT department. And if you do not receive that email within a few days, check your junk mail folder or please let us know.
