Good news for banks and credit unions…but can you tell anyone?

I love ‘coming to class’, by which I mean presenting my tax return analysis training for business lenders. I especially like it around the table at lunch when I get the real scoop on how some of ‘my’ credit unions and banks are doing.

Stanford FCU is doing very well. And both First Republic Bank and Borel Private Bank had banner years last year. In fact, Katie from Borel said they had their best year ever. And then she said:

“You almost can’t brag about it. Every bank is saying how well they are doing to try and reassure their borrowers. It has gotten to the point that if you say you are doing well, people don’t believe you.”

Well, I believe you Katie! Congratulations to Stanford FCU, First Republic Bank and Borel Private Bank!

What are you doing at your financial institution to get the word out…and get the folks that matter to believe it?
