Working through Change at Work…the ‘T’ in SKATE

Dr. Patt Schwab of FUNDamentally Speaking works with business, government and non-profit organizations to work through the challenge of change. We have been working our way through her acronym, SKATE. She often presents on this very topic:

The T stands for ‘Think about the good things.’ At first I thought that was a bit light-weight until she explained how it sets us up for successfully navigating the change before us.
